Some of the features I like about it:

• Correction: single character lift-off with one button press
• Memory: can save what you type and replay it (see video). 1200000 character memory.
• Basic word processing features: review your saved text and edit or type over.
• Full justification option: buffers your typing until a full line is entered, and justifies the text to the margins
• Automatic page feed: Put paper in, and pull the lever (closest lever on the right) forward to feed paper to the start location.

Operating state: The machine works fine. All keys, buttons, and parts are in good order. Replacement ribbons can still be purchased on e-bay and business machine stores. See video.

Known Faults: The plastic dust cover is yellowing from age, and has a 2" rip in one corner, but still covers the machine fine. If you bend the power cord sharply near the machine-side plug, it does have a discontinuity and can lose power, but if you treat it normal it works fine. The cord may have to be replaced eventually, but it looks like a fairly common plug style.

History: Given to me as a gift in 1986 by my mom. She bought it new, and chose the model because she had used one at work and liked it. It has had only light use - I only used it for papers in high school and my 1st year of college. It has not been used much since 1989, and has been in storage. The spare ribbons, tapes, and printwheel were purchased soon after the machine, but look okay. The ribbon and tape in the machine worked fine when I tested it before packing.

Shipping info: Weight is 25 pounds. Box dimensions 22 x 20 x 10. I packaged it myself since I don't have the original box. Packaged securely using styrofoam blocks, packing paper, peanuts, and a plastic bag for wrap. Shipping costs are actual, plus $3.00 to cover packing costs. Insurance is optional.
